About Our Work

336381740Mutual respect, empathy, and genuine connection.

I value the importance of genuine and authentic connections between us.

When we engage in this way, you can learn more about yourself and gain insights into your thoughts, feelings, and values.

This work is sacred to me because I know you are unique and valuable.

I believe we’ve come together for a special purpose…

… and we’re at the precipice of great change.

We are shifting our consciousness toward the truest sense of knowing that we are beholden to the energy and spirit held within our words, actions, and deeds.

We know sticks and stones break bones… AND words can deeply hurt us.

We know what happened to us may not be our fault, but healing is our responsibility.

So much has changed for us over the last few years.

The world has exposed many of our deepest fears and vulnerabilities.

Never in known history have we ever experienced a worldwide collective trauma. This is a powerful phenomenon.

The idea of relief sometimes seems unattainable because we are constantly bombarded by doom and gloom.

Our culture has learned to sensationalize everything, thus creating an ongoing drama.

1851529666Your personal growth and wellness are my mission.

We’ll improve your awareness, understanding, and adaptability to change.

When you are truly listened to and engaged with genuinely, you will gain insights into your thoughts, feelings, and values.

After working together, you’ll have the clarity to make better decisions, explore different perspectives, overcome obstacles, improve your relationships, and find more fulfillment in life.

I want you to think about how you think.

Yes, my philosophy degree will show up in our work together!

Together, we will look at your experiences and how you perceive and interpret the world around you.

Great change comes from viewing our preconceived notions and exploring our biases, so we can approach our experiences with fresh eyes and an open mind.

1868108446The highest compliment I’ve ever received was…

“You are so nonjudgmental; it’s dangerously freeing.”

Although lovingly direct, you will find I’m down-to-earth with a calming presence.

It is important that you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly with me.

Feeling safe is too frequently a luxury that is not easily afforded…

But your safety is my highest priority when we’re together.

Your journey is now.

You have come here for a special purpose.

I will acknowledge your individuality and treat you with dignity and care.

Together, you will uncover new insights and perspectives, ultimately deepening your understanding of yourself and your place in the world.

It would be my honor to help you grow. Call today to schedule your free 15-minute consultation: (412) 258-0766.

About Me

Leza In RedwoodI am on my own healing journey (and always will be).

I believe that healing is not linear; it’s a spiraling path.

Sometimes, we’re deeply affected by being close to the energy of the wound; other times, we benefit by seeing it more objectively from the eyes of a wiser person.

What I offer you is a reflection of my own walk through the fires of self-discovery, which allows me to tap into empathy and understanding.

I am a counseling nerd and “woo-woo” junkie.

If trainings took up space, I’d have to buy a bigger house.

I’m equally influenced by my left and right brain. I have a passion for the scientific and the intuitive… the practical and the mystical. I enjoy finding bridges between these worlds and making them accessible to others.

Over the years, I’ve spoken publicly in various settings – from salt caves to state symposia. At my core, I’m a teacher who likes to challenge beliefs.

But what’s most important to me are the human connections I’ve made along the way.

DevilstowerSeeing the world is important to me.

So, I’ve put many miles on my tires!

I have proudly driven across 47 of the lower 48 and have much more to explore.

The Red Desert and the American Southwest are magnificent. They light up my soul!

Dogs CollageOutside of work…

I have two fur babies, Lodi and Fiki. They are sisters my husband and I rescued as puppies over a decade ago. They generally sleep during my sessions, but you may occasionally see them wander in or out of the frame.

They will also register their offense vocally at the garbage truck, the mail delivery, and the new neighbor dogs that seem to anger up their blood.

The cutest thing you may hear is Fiki snoring. It’s a hard life… lol.
