Mutual respect, empathy, and genuine connection.
We value the importance of genuine and authentic connections..
We are real people on our own journeys here to support others in their own self-discovery.
We recognize that choice is more than making decisions — it’s about developing your internal capacity.
We know what happened to us may not be our fault, but healing is our responsibility…
… and we’re at the precipice of great change.
We know sticks and stones break bones… AND words can deeply hurt us.
We know every time you challenge a ‘should,’ you make space for true choice
The world has changed and so have we…
The world has exposed many of our deepest fears and vulnerabilities.
Never in known history have we ever experienced a worldwide collective trauma. This is a powerful phenomenon.
The idea of relief sometimes seems unattainable because we are constantly bombarded by doom and gloom.
Our culture has learned to sensationalize everything, thus creating an ongoing drama.
Your personal growth and wellness is our mission.
We’ll improve your awareness, understanding, and adaptability to change.
When you are truly listened to and engaged with genuinely, you will gain insights into your thoughts, feelings, and values.
After working together, you’ll have the clarity to make better decisions, explore different perspectives, overcome obstacles, improve your relationships, and find more fulfillment in life.
We want you to think about how you think.
Together, we will look at your experiences and how you perceive and interpret the world around you.
Great change comes from viewing our preconceived notions and exploring our biases, so we can approach our experiences with fresh eyes and an open mind.
Our Core Values
Here-and-Now Focus – We explore what’s unfolding in the present moment, where real change happens.
Whole-Person Approach – We honor the interconnectedness of mind, body, emotions, and environment.
Active, Co-Created Process – Therapy is a living, breathing exchange. It not just talking about life, we are experiencing it together. This is very much a shared experience.

Our Team
Leza Vivio
I am on my own healing journey (and always will be).
Sometimes, we’re deeply affected by being close to the energy of the wound; other times, we benefit by seeing it more objectively from the eyes of a wiser person. I’m a reflection of both poles.
My work is shaped by over two decades of professional experience and half a century of my own journey.
Although lovingly direct, you will find I’m down-to-earth with a calming presence. It is important that you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly with me.
The highest compliment I ever received was, “You are so nonjudgmental; it’s dangerously freeing.”
Ben Vivio
Open-minded and non-judgmental
While the therapist/client dynamics are different, a key aspect of my work is to identify that I am a human just like you. My therapeutic approach is a combination of big-picture-growth and moment-to-moment coping skill development
Life is full of mistakes, regrets, and “agreements” of the past that do not need to define your future.
We will work to improve insight to what is holding you back from being the person you want to be. Awareness of these blocks and habitual patterns will create the space for change.
I trust in your ability to gain awareness of your own capacity for change.
Seeing the world is important to us.
Our relationship has its roots in adventure. Over the years, we have taken every opportunity to be on the road.
Through our ups and downs, travel and music have always been the tie that binds us.
Work-life balance is something we seek as much as we preach.
Letting both drive and downtime have their place, we strive to walk the talk.
Outside of work…
We have two fur babies, Lodi and Fiki. They are sisters we rescued as puppies over a decade ago. They generally sleep during our sessions, but you may occasionally see them wander in or out of the frame.
They will also register their offense vocally at the garbage truck, the mail delivery, and the new neighbor dogs that seem to anger up their blood.
The cutest thing you may hear is Fiki snoring. It’s a hard life… lol.
